Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped to our designated global return processing facilities. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to wash and sleep on your sheets to truly experience the Texihome difference. Whether they are washed, used, or in their original packaging, they are fully covered by our 30-day return policy.
What do you do with returned items?
In our ongoing efforts to eliminate waste and support communities, gently used returned items are either thoroughly sanitized and donated to local charities/shelters, or responsibly recycled depending on their condition. They are never resold to customers.
I received the wrong item or a defective product. What should I do?
We're so sorry about that! If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer experience team directly with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
