Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We ship from our overseas fulfillment centers. Standard delivery to the United States takes 7–12 business days after your order has been processed.
Shipping is free on all orders. No shipping charge will be added at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid any delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order ships from an international fulfillment center and may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches the United States. Texihome is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
